Learn what employers can effectively do for free or low cost. Learn about solutions for public, private and non-profit sectors. Hear examples of how to continually advance wellness efforts and improve what you do every year in times of financial stress. Discover how to evalute if you should restart your wellness efforts and how to do so.

· How will Health Care Reform affect employer-based health and wellness efforst?
· The fundamental components and advanced strategies of worksite employee health programs 
· How to establish a program with limited resources
· Review of FINA, HIPAA and DOL established guidelines
· Successful incentive-based programs with different employment sectors, including collective bargaining units
· Case study of one employer's ongoing wellness efforts and success
· Effective methods for measuring Return on Investment (ROI)

Guest Speakers

Kevin Herman, MS, CADC, Director of Worksite Wellness, Horton Health Initiatives, The Horton Group
As Director of Worksite Wellness for Horton Health Initiatives, a division of The Horton Group, Kevin's primary role is implementing wellness programs that foster healthier, safer and more productive employees while controlling both insurance costs and sustaining a quality benefits program. Kevin has more than 14 years of experience working in healthcare and behavioral health-related programs. Prior to coming to Horton, Kevin was Director of a hospital based worksite wellness program for multiple public and private employers. He has earned a Master of Science degree in Public Service Administration with a Health Care Administration Concentration.
